When I notice my performance is decaying around 15 minutes gaps, I take one block... and I can see how I recover... I am not sure if is real or my -mind- playing with me.

Received it as a bonus along with my gels and I have to say it was very tasty and obviously packs a punch in terms of energy.

I got the Fuel Energy Chew for free when I bought the SiS Go Energy powder and Gels. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised when I bit into the solid stick jelly. It was easy to consume whilst riding and tasted nice. I took it at the 24 mile point of a 30 mile cross country MTB ride, when my legs were beginning to feel the distance. The chew kicked in straight away and I believe, gave me the energy to complete the remaining 6 miles much stronger than if I hadn't eaten it. Depending on price, I will definitely consider using these as part of my ride nutrition in the future.

Not keen on orange flavour at the best of times so I've marked it down for that reason alone. Everything else is great. Nice chew, gives a bit of energy when you start to flag. Any other flavours and it would be 10 star's all the way

Great taste and a good part of a high carbohydrate fuelling plan.

Great tasting energy source to provide an alternative taste and product in the fuelling strategy. Also softer on my teeth in comparison to traditional jelly sweets.
