Great carb content and can tolerate consumption over several hours, tastes ok too.

This was my first SIS purchase and it will be my last. I bought this product to use during long ride to keep me fueled. With only one flavour available on the website: strawberry and lime it was the only option. It's so sweet it is unpleasant to use and doesn't quench your thirst. What's more it's so sticky that your bottles and hands get covered in it. I ended up throwing it away and buying a bottle of water from a shop on the route. I'd advise avoiding it unless you have the taste buds of Willy Wonka or a six year old kid.

Ottimi in ogni situazione

It's not cheap but it works (if you can be bothered you can make DIY beta fuel for a fraction of the price. Note that 80g in 500ml is like syrup. If you're a heavy sweater think about adding electrolytes. Strawberry & Lime definitely the best flavour to go for.
