As an ultra runner the higher amount of carbs reduces what I have to carry on long runs/races which is great. I also find that I don't have stomach problems with this product.

A quick boost for sustained energy requirements during intense road/ gravel cycling races. The most effective energy gel I have used so far by a long shot.

I use the Beta Fuel gels for my long run workouts and they work good for me. They are quiet expensive though. With 80g per hour you need 4-6 gels per long run which is 11-17€ per session. In a 20 week program equates to eyedropping 300+€ in gels.

Uso questo prodotto da un po' (nel trailrunning) e lo trovo ottimo sia per gusto che per l'apporto che da nei momenti in cui c'è veramente bisogno. Non crea fastidi digestivi e io riesco a consumarlo senza dover bene acqua.
