Super effective, easy on the stomach.

Hanno la consistenza e il sapore di un orsetto gommoso al limone.

L'ho utilizzata poche volte per il momento ma la prima impressione è più che soddisfacente. Sapore buono e consistenza un po' troppo morbida ma complessivamente mi soddisfa la divisione in due parti. Da migliorare l'apertura della confezione.

Tasty easy to chew and digest whilst running

I was a little dubious about the chew bar, but used it on a training session for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. It was easy to bite off and chew and the texture was really smooth. It dissolves at a reasonable rate so doesn’t hang around in your mouth for too long.

Not tried before, but was very nice and provided me with large amounts of energy

I love wine gums so this was perfect for me, great taste and texture so I’ll be definitely buying some more. Thanks for the sample🙏🏾 Paul

Great for immediate energy and doesn’t leave cloying feel in the mouth. Very clean after eating. Not sure I like lemon though.

OK, I understand and accept the evidence base for these, but 2-3 per hour results in at least £6 per hour. That's unsustainable

Validissima alternativa ai GEL della SIS. Li alterno. Praticamente sembrano un GEL solidificato e reso gommoso. Ottimi da alternare ai gel quando hai voglia di masticare qualcosa ma non vuoi la classica barretta.

Received it as a bonus along with my gels and I have to say it was very tasty and obviously packs a punch in terms of energy.

I got the Fuel Energy Chew for free when I bought the SiS Go Energy powder and Gels. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised when I bit into the solid stick jelly. It was easy to consume whilst riding and tasted nice. I took it at the 24 mile point of a 30 mile cross country MTB ride, when my legs were beginning to feel the distance. The chew kicked in straight away and I believe, gave me the energy to complete the remaining 6 miles much stronger than if I hadn't eaten it. Depending on price, I will definitely consider using these as part of my ride nutrition in the future.

Not keen on orange flavour at the best of times so I've marked it down for that reason alone. Everything else is great. Nice chew, gives a bit of energy when you start to flag. Any other flavours and it would be 10 star's all the way

Great taste and a good part of a high carbohydrate fuelling plan.

Great tasting energy source to provide an alternative taste and product in the fuelling strategy. Also softer on my teeth in comparison to traditional jelly sweets.

Good alternative to gels. Best consumed in 3/4 separate feeds at 10/15 minute intervals. Packaging doesn’t suit this approach on the bike. Difficult to open, then rips apart, so potentially a sticky mess in your hands or pocket

Good product -- a bit of a faff to get out of the wrapper - maybe each strip could be cut into 3
