Whey is a naturally high source of protein that contains all essential amino acids and is rich branch chain amino acids such as leucine. Whey is easily digested which allows the protein content to be absrobed rapidly by the body. Tastes great, best of the available protein powder solutions from SiS. (In my opinion) I look forward to drinking this stuff unlike the rego recovery. Can’t wait to see the new whey based complete recovery. I get powder on my wrist and arm every time I scoop due to bag opening size and short scoop length. I’ve started using my aero press scoop with the longer handle.

Good product for my needs. The 2 product flavourings are average for taste. Chocolate is indifferent, watery. The Strawberry is a little sharp and sweet would be better toned down. Product contains artificial sweeteners and emulsifiers which are a negative, but apparently it is necessary for manufacture. Know doubt other manufacturers will do the same. It is only me who has started looking at the ingredients of all food I consume more closely.
